License status

The staged non-GitHub publication package includes a CC BY 4.0 metadata option, but authenticated data venues remain unpublished until Packrift approves the final license and completes sign-in. This navigator should be cited as a public Packrift resource, not as a Zenodo, Kaggle, Hugging Face, Figshare, or OSF record until those records exist and are verified.
